What a fantastic, modern house! Plenty of space inside and out. We especially enjoyed group dinners eating outside with food from the bbq and enjoying the views from the upstairs terrace. Also boasts air conditioning throughout, a well-equipped kitchen and parking. We had a baby in our group and Peter made sure there was a pack and play / cot and highchair ready for us. The closest beach is less than 5 min walk away, with plenty of other to try nearby. All in all and excellent place to stay. Would definitely try to book again if I was in the area.

Très belle maison située dans un quartier calme zt surtout à bonne distance du centre et des commerces. La description sur le site est tout à fiable et les photos reflètent parfaitement la réalité. L aménagement est très bien et de très bon goût. Les hôtes sont charmants et très attentifs aux besoins. Je recommande vraiment. Encore un enorme merci à Petra, Peter, le papa et Erik leur fils.

Our family enjoyed a two week stay at Villa Sunset. For 6 adults and 2 children the property met all our expectations. The house is in great condition, clean, modern and with nice beachy vibes to it. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunset from our balcony. The view from the 3rd floor terrace is amazing! The beach is only two minutes walking distance from the villa. We had access to nearby stores, restaurants with only 5-15 minutes walking distance. The host was very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Most definitely one of the best properties in Medulin!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll und genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten viel Platz für die ganze Familie und alles ist super eingerichtet. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zum Strand gelaufen und hat alles was man brauch in der direkten Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

100% Weiterempfehlung! Alle 6 Personen waren sehr begeistert von diesem modernen sauberen geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Alles prima!

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Es ist exakt so wie beschrieben und auf dem Bildern zu sehen. Das absolute Highlight ist der Sundowner Balkon! Petra und Peter sind perfekte Gastgeber und Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The villa is incredible and sparkling clean. Also it has a terrace with a great view upstairs and another one downstairs. Really comfortable beds.

I can only and only recommend. The villa is fully equipped (from the grill, washing machine, dishwasher to hair dryer), during our stay absolutely nothing was missing. Not to mention the helpfulness of the hosts who are willing to provide any request. We especially appreciated the location, the villa is really a short distance from the beach. The center is about 15 minutes walk, which proved to be a great advantage, as we were not exposed to the noise that exists in the center. Overall, we were very satisfied, and the overall impression exceeded our expectations.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Petra & Peter war einfach wundervoll. Die Unterkunft und Lage sind einfach grandios! Und die Betreuung und Hilfe durch die beiden war einfach klasse! Wir freuen uns schon alle sehr auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Peter and Petra’s home is fantastic. It is well appointed and the kitchen has every tool you could need to make meals. Both of the patios are very comfortable and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the lounge chairs. The walk to the beaches is very quick also. The washing machine and 2 drying racks were a lifesaver! I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was the highlight of our European travels! Communication was fantastic also!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Ein wunderschönes und TOP modernes Haus und sehr charmante und freundliche Vermieter.

Der Urlaub war wirklich wunderschön. Das Haus ist ein Traum und die Bilder sind nicht übertrieben oder irreführend. Der Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus ist genau so umwerfend wie auf den Bildern. Der erste Felsenstrand um ins Meer zu gehen ist nicht weiter als 100m entfernt. Wenn man 10min den Strand Richtung Medulin Mitte entland geht hat man viele Möglichkeiten zum Baden. Vom Kiesstrand mit Liegen bis zum öffentlichen Sandstrand am Ende vor dem Campingplatz. Der Sandstrand ist toll für Kinder. Die ersten 100m ins Wasser sind max. knietief. Wer schwimmen möchte, sollte gleich zu einem der Kiesstrände geben. Alles in allem kann ich das Haus für einen Urlaub mit max. 6 Erwachsenen wärmstens empfehlen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder.
